Broadford Hurling Club - STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN

2/5/2018

Picture
Broadford Hurling Club has published a Strategic Development Plan to help secure the future of Broadford Hurling Club.

The plan covers key areas including:
  • Coaching and Games Developement
  • Communications/PR and Culture
  • Finance and Fundraising
  • Club Facilities and Development
  • Structures and Administration

Delivering on the plan over the next five year's, Broadford Hurling Club plans to build on recent successes such as the completion of the new stand and one of the plan's key objectives is to secure a training & juvenile pitch to help maintain training in the winter months and relieve the pressure on our existing pitch.  Such an objective requires careful consideration around club funding and this is also covered in the plan.

However, the plan is not solely about funding, the opposite in fact.  The plan places great emphasis on growing and building our teams for the future and protecting our younger players.

In short, this is about planning for success.

Every member of the club is encouraged to take a look at the plan and if you have any questions then please contact any committee member.

Here's to the future!
